er.. yep. patatas smooshi... we made that name for it up. It's delicious - sweet potato, potato and shallots all cut up and covered with olive oil, salt, pepper, ground cumin, smoked paprika and then cooked in the oven until soft and golden. When they are nearly done dot with crushed garlic and then scatter with fresh coriander and chilli to serve. Yummy with green salad and bread.
