Brussel Sprouts

Or is it Brussels Sprouts?
Either way do you like them? Last winter I read a lot of brussel sprouts recipes...and this is how I like them:
Par-boil the sprouts and then stirfry in soya butter and olive oil until browned, add some grated lemon zest and lemon juice and salt and pepper.
Also fabulous if you add chestnuts, or bacon/facon or parmesan/schmarmesan.
The ones in the picture which we had last night have chestnuts...yum.

  1. Sian, I made the vegan pancakes this morning for breakfast. They were delicious and even Nick love them! I think I won't used eggs in pancakes any more for now on!
