hey mini fritatta's made with red onion, spinach and sweet potato!
we are pretty obsessed with cabbage and chick peas...
there's rice there too. yum.

porridge with blueberries, pomegranate and maple syrup
kale chips - crazy addictive
and chickpeas and roasted vegetables
so this january (as i've already mentioned) i've given up sugar... this means a lot more cooking from scratch as sugar seems to be loads of things - tomato sauces, salad dressings...and so on.
the above is what we've been eating recently, we are pretty excited about quinoa and it's so cold (snowing today!) that casserole's are a must.
